Anderson Gardens is a unique grouping of three custom-designed new homes surrounding a garden commons, along with the existing house where REI was founded in 1938. Interior spaces are bright, open yet private, and exquisitely finished in wood, terrazzo, natural linoleum, and warm subtle paint colors. Each house has unobstructed panoramic views west to the Olympics, Lincoln Park, Vashon Island and the ferries, and the Puget Sound. Exteriors are visually appealing and friendly with in integral “look and feel” for the grouping of houses and multi-purpose garage buildings.
