West Seattle is a community of nearly 54,000 people situated just 15 minutes from Downtown Seattle conveniently accessed by bus, car, water taxi, and in the future by the Monorail.

Considered by some to be undervalued for what it has to offer, the increasing popularity of West Seattle is trending upward, with many residential restorations and an abundance of quality new residential construction, as well as outstanding restaurants, large retail outlets and some of Seattle’s finest grocery stores. Anderson Garden lies equidistant to two of West Seattle’s shopping areas, the West Seattle Junction and the newly renovated Westwood Village.

Nestled below the Anderson Gardens community lies the jewel of West Seattle; Lincoln Park. Its 135 acres include trails, a wading pool, beach access, Colman Pool, tennis courts, and picnic facilities. There are several Seattle Public Schools levels, as well as a variety of private schools located near this property.
